3. Service storage
The authenticated application uses necessary session and security records to keep users signed in, enforce workspace permissions, prevent cross-site request attacks, and protect account activity. Preference records help maintain settings selected by the user.
Repository contents, assessment evidence, and integration credentials are not stored in advertising cookies. Their handling follows workspace security, retention, and access controls described in the Privacy Policy and Security overview.
4. Your choices
Browsers allow users to delete or block cookies, restrict cross-site storage, and clear site data. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent authentication, security controls, or core application functions from working.
Where consent is required, CutoverGrid presents controls before using non-essential measurement technologies. A user can update that choice through available cookie settings or by clearing site data and selecting again.
5. Retention
Session records expire when the session ends or after a defined security interval. Persistent preferences and measurement records expire according to their operational purpose and are periodically reviewed. Browser controls can remove stored records at any time.
