Rescan
Detect repository and configuration change throughout implementation.
Delivered capability · 09
Live readiness recalculation, blocker tracking, production gates, and completion evidence through the final traffic move.

Capability overview
CutoverGrid keeps the migration plan connected to changing repositories and operational evidence through production cutover. Rescans classify resolved, unchanged, modified, and new findings; readiness and effort are recalculated; tasks and waves show when their evidence has become stale; and technical gates remain blocked until their current completion conditions are satisfied.
Cutover verification brings build provenance, test results, performance thresholds, error rates, observability, infrastructure state, rollback availability, ownership, and approvals into one decision context. The final release decision is supported by evidence from the artifact and environment being moved, not a checklist copied from an earlier staging run. Completion preserves what happened for later calibration.
How it works
Detect repository and configuration change throughout implementation.
Update affected findings, readiness, effort, waves, and gate eligibility.
Evaluate the production artifact, traffic, health signals, and rollback position.
Record approvals, validation evidence, actual sequence, incidents, and final outcome.
Evidence produced
The capability produces structured evidence that can be reviewed by engineers and reused by downstream planning and verification.
Approved commit, image digest, runtime, dependencies, and provenance.
Build, test, performance, smoke, monitoring, and security results.
Traffic movement, alerts, rollback readiness, ownership, and approvals.
Actual effort, blockers, sequence, recovery actions, and post-cutover health.
Operational impact
Continuous verification prevents a migration from becoming less controlled as it approaches the highest-risk moment. Teams arrive at cutover with current evidence, agreed thresholds, an available recovery path, and a durable record that improves the next migration.
